Candidate has a strong foundation in finance with an impressive career in engineering designing and managing large-scale complex and integrated IT platforms for more than two decades; and setting up and leading global teams in Engineering, IT and Marketing.
The internal role is viewed more as a COO of the platforms with an outside title of Network & Security Product Manager. Role has a current budget Data Center and Security services with average budgets of $10 Million OPEX and $30 Million in CAPEX spend and recently the $40M PC budget. Responsibilities also include for this F50 125B Rev company; its Networks, Remote Access Firewalls, IPS/ISE Akamai/Azure (Cloud interconnects) LB/WAF and recently the PC and Immersive Portfolio.
Also included our candidate’s role is the roadmap and investment strategy of old and new platform evolutions. In a previous position candidate reported to Global Director of Network Planning and supported the Network Product Management and maintained architect support for 2,000+ data networking nodes and 300+ Cisco MPLS nodes. The overall department was 900 staff with 5 departments with OPEX spend of ~$200M capex ~$100M. InOffice SE, Remote Hybrid and Direct Hire.
