Primary Purpose of this Job

This position will be responsible for working with maintenance & production when assisting with projects, major maintenance, managing outages & shutdowns. Other responsibilities will include the research, design and assessment of new equipment, tools, processes and standards inside of safety, people, quality, cost and responsiveness for both maintenance and production.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

  • Research new equipment, tools, and processes, assess compatibility with current systems
  • Manage multiple projects within the maintenance organization related to planned outages, major maintenance, shutdowns or miscellaneous projects.
  • Design equipment, processes, and standards for both maintenance and production.
  • Lead troubleshooting events and manage completion of repairs from those events.
  • Develop KCC (control standards) for improvements in efficiency, reliability, quality, and safety.
  • Conduct audits, benchmarking studies and research within external machine shops, rebuild shops, and OEM’s for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) process which includes creation of new PM’s, evaluation of existing PM’s to determine effectiveness and ensure thorough completion of PM’s in designated timeframes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, BSME or BSEE preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a maintenance engineer or a similar role

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering BSME or Electrical Engineering BSEE

Sr Gameplay Programmer (remote or onsite)

Looking for an experienced Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our development team, coding within the Unreal 4 Engine. The Senior Gameplay Programmer will report to our Lead Programmer and will work directly with programming team tasked with implementing game features and systems within the Unreal game engine ultimately creating a compelling experience for our players.


  • 5+ years related experience
  • B.A. / B.S.C.S. Degree (Information Technology, Game Design, other Technical degree) OR no degree but strong STRONG foundation of experience at client’s discretion may be considered.
  • Professional experience with shipped titles.
  • Expert-level professional experience working within Unreal Engine 4 AND Excellent C++ skills.
  • Strong math skills, knowledge of vectors, matrices and linear algebra.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.

Experience Pluses:

  • Experience working with consoles.
  • Prior experience working on multiplayer games.
  • Professional mentor/training of Juniors/teams.

Primary Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop online gameplay features in C ++ in the Unreal Engine.
  • Follow best practices, development processes, and coding standards.
  • Create and implement well-engineered, reliable, maintainable, and bug-free code.
  • Develop and test code, fix bugs, and profile and optimize code.
  • Collaborate with programming team members to develop various gameplay systems.
  • Work with game designers, artists, and other engineers to create compelling gameplay experiences.
  • Mentor mid-level and Junior Programmers.
  • Additional duties and ad  hoc projects include assisting with content creation for game development and assisting with quality control of all products.
