Responsible setting-up and starting production, as well as trouble shoot issues with the molding processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Install and set up molds in injection molding machines.
  • Handle insert and material changes.
  • Start up production and trouble shoot problems.
  • Change over assembly machines and supervise running and assist with minor problems.
  • Communicate any mold or machine issues with the tooling or maintenance departments.
  • Perform quality assurance measurements in an ISO 9001/14001/50001/BRC certified environment.
  • Keep the production floor organized.
  • Responsible for upholding the BRC Hygiene Standard and its focus on Product Safety.
Qualifications:
  • 3-7 Years of experience in an injection molding environment.
  • RJG or Paulson Plastics training.
  • Experience with single and bi-injection molds.
  • Experience with large and small cavitation hot runner and cold runner molds.
  • Experience with unscrewing molds, robots and polyolefins.

Tool Room Technician

Responsible for mold troubleshooting, ensuring PM’s are carried out following all standard requirements and preventive maintenance procedures. Ensure that molds are thoroughly cleaned, stored, and maintained. Ensure repairs are made in a timely fashion following the production schedule. Responsible for training and implementation of procedures of all tool room trainees to ensure they are proficient and following all safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe working practices
  • Mold troubleshooting
  • Maintain the cleaning of all tool room equipment and machinery used to perform job functions
  • Oversee all maintenance for molds internal and external
  • Maintain records for all mold maintenance (planned PM or emergency repairs)
  • Work with production to ensure mold longevity as well as full cavitation on all tools
  • Responsible for upholding the BRC Hygiene Standard (Food Safety) and its focus on Product Safety

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 Years of experience in mold building or fabrication

Process Control Engineer

Description

Our Client is seeking a highly qualified, motivated individual to join our fast‐growing company. This position is part of an engineering team executing capital projects, supporting bid development, and providing engineering support for our client’s family of companies. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the engineering team responsible for designing and building our client’s plants.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with project team to refine project scope and requirements.
• Defining software/hardware architecture requirements.
• Developing detailed functional design specifications.
• Configuring DCS, OPC, PLC, and SCADA components.
• Reviewing control panel wiring diagrams.
• Perform factory acceptance testing of hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Experience in air separation, specialty gases, or petrochemical industries is a plus.
• Substantial recent working experience with Siemens PCS7 System. Experience with ET200SP HA  hardware, and Profinet is a plus.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, Rockwell Automation, Yokogawa, ABB, or Honeywell a plus.
• Skilled in DCS, PLC, and HMI programming.
• Experience interfacing various control systems to OPC Server applications and communication to other control systems via OPC. Knowledge of general purpose OPC Server applications from Matrikon or OSI PI is desirable.
• Experience integrating control systems with MES, Data Historians, ERP, and other data systems.
• Experience with FDA Validation is a plus.
• Has had primary responsibility for delivering plant control systems on time.
• Working knowledge of electrical design and panel design.

Senior Electrical Engineer / Manager

Are you an Electrical Engineer w/10 years+ and have a strong foundation of experience in design engineering, regulatory compliance, electrical power control ? Do you have hands on experience troubleshooting, construction inspection, commissioning support, and providing proposal or business development support?

Our client is seeking a SR EE preferably w/PE and whose experience is with MV motors, transformer & switchgear design, soft starters, US and International codes and standards (ATEX, NEC, UL, etc.), programming, low voltage MCC, large synchronous motors up to 30,000 HP industrial heaters, and plant design in the Industrial/Chemical Industry.

Responsibilities include: development of single line diagrams and schematic drawings; developing purchase specifications; obtaining vendor quotes; preparing electrical construction specifications; performing bid evaluations; approving vendor drawings; supervising, start‐up testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment installations in new process plants including hydrogen plants, ASUs, and other gas plants; contributing to plant proposals for business development; construction management during plant design and construction.

Professional engineering licenses are a plus.

AutoCAD and BricsCAD, following company nomenclature and standards

• Manage the filing and distribution of all drawings and documents for all projects executed
by the engineering group
• Ensure that all documents have the proper approvals before issuing the documents within

• Receive all incoming submittal drawings and documents from vendors, save copies on the

Electrical and Instrumentation Designer

Responsibilities
• Basic design and detailed design of low and medium voltage electrical systems for process
plants
• Produce detail drawings of LV and MV systems, cable and conduit schedules, cable tray
routing and specification, elementary diagrams, instrument wiring diagrams, DCS panel
design, instrument installation details, and installation specifications
• Coordination with other disciplines, other departments, and external agencies
• Familiar with all safety rules and regulations, attend required safety trainings and to
participate in the required safety programs
• Review vendor drawings and integrate electrical requirements into project electrical drawings
• Review sub‐contractors’ electrical designs, wiring drawings, and RFIs for electrical supply in
