Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with system engineering to understand customer requirements.
  • Develop architectures for next generation signal processing & communication systems and subsystems.
  • Performs detailed modeling & analysis to determine optimal solutions and algorithms.
  • Decompose requirements into subassembly level functional and performance specifications.
  • Work with design teams to develop algorithm description documents that define how the solutions will be implemented in hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Prepare and present analysis results and engineering design concepts at internal and customer facing reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in electrical engineering, Applied Math or equivalent with 10 or more years or relevant work experience. PhD preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability develop detailed floating-point and fixed-point models in MATLAB/Simulink, C, C++, or Python
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Must have a strong background and experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Communication system theory and implementation.

  • Array signal processing including geolocation and direction finding.

Job Description Summary
The Sr Account Executive, Federal Sales will call on C Suite and Executive level of Federal Government agencies and qualified organizations to sell products and services and gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals.

Meets and exceeds sales objectives by acquiring targeted strategic accounts. The primary function of this role is to lead all customer interaction efforts with key decision makers to create new opportunities for sales and relationship growth within the team’s Federal Government account deck.

Partnering with other teams, consistently managing a portfolio of active lines and will identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of company products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage entire sales cycle and detailed account strategy working cross-functionally with experience in negotiating contract terms and legal team collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the market position for Federal Government Accounts.

SPACE VEHICLE INTEGRATION / TEST ENGINEER

Essential Functions:

  • Lead a production team in the execution of assembly, integration, and test for an assigned satellite in accordance with customer requirements, business objectives and our client’s processes.
  • Collaborate and consult with cross functional technical teams on spacecraft development design for manufacture and test (DFMA/DFMT) and process improvements. Promote use of common designs, processes and equipment to minimize development costs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Satellite System integration and test plans and coordinate resources required over the life of the project such as manpower, equipment, facilities, and process resources.
  • Analyze engineering design drawings and part lists and generate clear and concise assembly documentation for shop floor personnel to follow
  • Direct support personnel in the day-to-day execution of the assembly, integration, and test tasks
  • Support execution of test processes required for specific test phases. Assist in the review and analysis of telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and performance and document and support resolution of any test anomalies found during test execution.
  • Design and develop manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or industrial engineering with minimum of 6 years industry experience; or Graduate Degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or industrial engineering with minimum of 4 years industry experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with integration and test of high reliability space products, launch vehicle, satellite programs or other complex systems
  • Experience in integration of space vehicle to launch vehicle

LEAD, CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

Program Director – Integration/Insurance

Job Summary:

Our client will use the benefit administration and carrier integration functional expertise, and leverage technical components  for development and testing (functional, regression and end-to-end (E2E)/integration testing pertaining to the in scope API’s being developed) of APIs/integration.

There are 32 possible Boost API integrations identified, our client will work to complete as many integrations deemed ready as defined and regularly reported through mutual forecasting and planning.

In addition, there will be additional integrations needed to be completed including Paylocity and Sage Benefits.

Our client will manage the three core phases of the integration process (analyze, design & build, deploy) by using the technical components already built – including tailoring and creating business requirements document (BRD), API development, Quality Assurance of End-to-End system (pertaining to developed APIs in scope) to ensure configuration changes work appropriately across downstream and upstream systems. Overall scope includes Unit, in-sprint API functional testing, Regression and E2E/integration testing pertaining to the In-scope APIs being developed.

The Senior Corporate Counsel position reports to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate and has responsibility for a broad range corporate transactional activities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides legal support and leadership for (i) corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, (ii) strategic transactions including joint ventures and private equity investments and other commercial arrangements, and (iii) for financial transactions including credit facilities, debt offerings, derivatives, reimbursement agreements, and other credit support arrangements.

Sr. Program / Scheduler / Planner 

Duties include managing the developing and maintenance of complex program schedules including resource loading and Earned Value Analysis. Individual will help develop the format, tools and tracking/reporting methods to be used as the company refines its Program Planning and Scheduling processes for standardization and enterprise wide resource management. This position also supports the programs in developing plans and integrating inputs from all programs. Qualified candidates will interface with all elements of the program team to develop and support regular maintenance of the program IMS.

Candidates will perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, Critical path, Driving Path, Variance metrics,  milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines per DECM metrics. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
