Project Executive (Electrical) 

As a Project Executive you will be responsible for assisting the Client Executive in managing the team by developing and maintaining healthcare client relationships.  A Project Executive must have demonstrated a high level of proficiency of managing large projects within one or more markets.  Has a strong focus on one or more markets and has established a reputation within our client’s internal team and with their clients’ as a SME. A Project Executive is someone that has developed a focus toward a market and achieved a high level of success in developing and maintaining relationships with desired clients.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Establish our client as the premiere healthcare engineering firm in assigned state/region.
  • Development and maintain client relationships via a seller-doer role.
  • Responsible for keeping healthcare project pipeline full, with a mixture of repeat work and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with our client’s design team to ensure product and client experience is of high quality.  Serve as Project Executive and at times Lead Electrical Engineer on large complex healthcare projects.
  • Work with Client Executive on strategies and business development opportunities to drive growth for the healthcare market.
  • Work with marketing to refine our client’s messaging for healthcare. Work with our client’s Visible Expert approach to become a Thought Leader in the region.

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

  • Responsible for the financial success of projects that they manage or direct
  • Consistently managing client and project fees with a total aggregate value of approximately $2M
  • Responsible for bringing in new projects on a regular basis
  • Responsible for (directly or as a contributing team member) for new fees of approximately $1M on an annual basis
  • Assist Client Executive in collection of accounts receivable on projects for which the team is responsible.
  • Support the efforts of the Technical Operations Team to provide technical training and consistency across teams.
  • Assist with updating marketing database with the team’s leads and proposals.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and project management.

Education and experience requirements are:

  • Minimum 5-10 years in healthcare design industry
  • A high level of proficiency of managing large complex healthcare projects in assigned state/region and with OSHPD
  • Proven history of bringing in new work and opportunities for their team
  • Ability to travel as deemed necessary (assume 30-40% travel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in time management, organization and planning prioritization
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment in a self-directed way.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and licensed PE in assigned state.
  • Significant stock ownership representing, at a minimum, a clear, forward focused path to the Associate Principal level

Mechanical Project Executive – Healthcare 

  • Serve as a Project Manager on most projects assigned
  • Responsible for the financial success of assigned projects
  • Assist with providing work for the team members
  • Participate in local market focused Healthcare organizations to help keep the team appraised on market changes and trends
  • Consistently managing client and project fees with a total aggregate value of approximately $2M
  • Responsible for bringing in new projects (@$1MM) on a regular basis
  • Assist in collection of accounts receivable on assigned projects
  • Support technical training and consistency across all teams

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a consulting firm healthcare

SR. Electrical Engineer Manager

Seeking an Electrical Engineer with 10 years or more of relevant experience in the Industrial/Chemical
Industry. Experience should include design engineering, regulatory compliance, electrical power control,
troubleshooting, construction inspection, commissioning support, and proposal or business
development support. Experience should also include: drives, MV motors, utility requirements for
industrial users, transformer & switchgear design, soft starters, US and International codes and
standards (ATEX, NEC, UL, etc.), programming, low voltage MCC, industrial heaters, plant design.

Responsibilities include: development of single line diagrams and schematic drawings; developing
purchase specifications; obtaining vendor quotes; preparing electrical construction specifications;
performing bid evaluations; approving vendor drawings; supervising, start‐up testing, and
commissioning of electrical equipment installations in new process plants including hydrogen plants,
ASUs, and other gas plants; contributing to plant proposals for business development; co‐ordination
with all other disciplines and construction management during plant design and construction.
Responsibilities also include supervision of designers tasked with producing drawings and
documentation for a project as well as active participation in the design activities.

Projects may include: Coordination with utility for installation of new plants including new substations;
power system studies for voltage drop, load flow, short circuit and relay co‐ordination; developing
substation packages; installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage substations; new
installation or replacement of large synchronous motors up to 30,000 HP; review design calculations for
load flow, short circuit, Arc Flash, and relay co‐ordination including voltage drop calculations during
starting of large motors; installation of switchgear, transformers, VFD’s, UPS, diesel generators, and
batteries and battery chargers.

Trouble shooting may include: evaluation of equipment breakdowns; analysis of plant trips; root cause
analysis; creating reports for Lessons Learned for continuous improvement; providing emergency
support during plant trips to re‐start a plant and bring it to operating conditions.

Other activities may include: performing plant reliability audits, evaluations of existing electrical
equipment; preparing cost estimations for upgrades; and evaluation of hazardous area classifications
especially for Hydrogen plants including liquid H2 dispensing units.

Must have the ability to read standard Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and have familiarity with
viewing 3D models. Excellent communication and language skills are required.

Professional engineering licenses are a plus.

Cyber Security Operations Manager

The Cyber Security Operations Manager is the operational business-facing representative of the Cyber Security group, covering both the internal enterprise as well as the external client-facing presence.


The Cyber Security Operations Manager is responsible for conducting all Cyber Security operations tasks. This includes the operational aspects of responding to incidents, the day-to-day management of the operations group
including the global SOC’s, Cyber Security Awareness team, Threat/Intelligence team, and the eForensics and eDiscovery team. Primary responsibility for “Detect” and “Respond” pillars of the NIST Cyber Security Framework and
manages the engineering and tooling requirements for both.


Reports to Chief Information Security Officer. Manages the Global SOC team, eForensics/eDiscovery team, Threat / Intelligence team, and the Global Cyber Security Awareness team. The Cyber Security Operations Manager is expected to be able to represent the CISO when required to executive management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set priorities for the “Detect” and “Respond” pillars of the NIST Cyber Security Framework
  • Lead the response to Cyber Security Incidents, reporting to both the CISO, CIO, and Executive leadership as required.
  • Set the enterprise-wide Operation Cyber Security strategy, contributing to the overall Cyber Security Strategy.
  • Manage, maintain, and own the Cyber Security Response Plan and associated playbooks for incident response.
  • Maintain and deliver the external, client-facing message for the Cyber Security group; represent the company in public
    forums while delivering the Cyber Security message.
  • Act as the primary interface with US government Cyber Security groups and agencies. (CISA, FBI, NSA)
  • Act as the secondary interface with global government Cyber Security groups and agencies.
  • Help enforce local and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Provide security awareness to management at their level and above.
  • Offer feedback on business reality versus security policies, procedures, and associated plans. Offer feedback on gap
    analysis versus business needs.
  • Execute corporate security bulletins.
  • Review exemptions to security policies and standards.
  • Review security assessment and GAP analysis for security controls and compliance.
  • Manage and prioritize engineering initiatives and projects for Cyber Security Operations Group.
  • Work closely with client’s product owners and the various business functions (IT, QHSE, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure that appropriate systems security practices are in place.
  • Maintain and Report on the Threat landscape of the company, and manage the intelligence assets appropriately.
  • Actively promote security as an enabler to client’s business and propose solutions to balance between the business needs and security requirements.
  • Conduct tours / deliver the Cyber Security message to both internal leadership and external clients and partners.


  • Review and advise on CyberSecurity standards.
  • Provide Operational Feedback reflecting business needs back into the CyberSecurity Governance organization.
  • Contribute to meetings held with CyberSecurity product vendors held in your area of responsibility.
  • Deep working knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework.

Strategy, Research, and Development:

  • Be familiar with client’s technology, organization, business policies, and IT strategy.
  • Maintain constant vigilance over all ongoing IT projects in assigned Area.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices relevant to the world of CyberSecurity covering both IT and OT.
  • Define pilot projects and evaluations of technologies that can improve Schlumberger’s security infrastructure.
