Document Control Administrator – filled

Responsibilities
• Manage the filing and distribution of all drawings and documents for all projects executed
by the engineering group
• Ensure that all documents have the proper approvals before issuing the documents within
the company or to external vendors or customers
• Act as a point of contact between the engineering group and all vendors
• Receive all incoming submittal drawings and documents from vendors, save copies on the
company file servers, and distribute them to the engineering group
• Organize document submittals on the company file servers for ease of use
• Send all engineering commented drawings and documents back to vendors
• Track document revisions and maintain an up‐to‐date revision log of all documents issued
by the engineering group
• Assemble vendor documents into a plant equipment and component manual at the end of a
project
• Maintain an accurate record of all document transmittals for each project
Qualifications
• 1‐5 years of relevant experience in the industrial/chemical industry
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a technical field
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings is a plus
• Basic computer literacy ‐ Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in controlling revision process and secure storage and distribution of controlled
documents.
• Management of a document control organization a real plus.

Electrical and Instrumentation Designer

Responsibilities
• Basic design and detailed design of low and medium voltage electrical systems for process
plants
• Produce detail drawings of LV and MV systems, cable and conduit schedules, cable tray
routing and specification, elementary diagrams, instrument wiring diagrams, DCS panel
design, instrument installation details, and installation specifications
• Coordination with other disciplines, other departments, and external agencies
• Familiar with all safety rules and regulations, attend required safety trainings and to
participate in the required safety programs
• Review vendor drawings and integrate electrical requirements into project electrical drawings
• Review sub‐contractors’ electrical designs, wiring drawings, and RFIs for electrical supply in
accordance with applicable design codes, datasheets, and specifications
• Technical review of vendor quotations in compliance with project requirements
• Report to the Electrical Engineering Manager and can work with minimal supervision

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial/chemical industries
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a technical field
• Well versed in the application and interpretation of Electrical Code requirements
• AutoCAD or BricsCAD skill is required
• Familiarity working with 3D modeling and integrating electrical design with model
• Experience reading and understanding Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams

Piping Designer

Responsibilities
 Develop models of equipment and structure to produce 3D plant designs
 Generate orthographic and isometrics drawings, MTOs, arrangement details, and location plans
 Support engineers on projects for operating facilities and develop layouts and drawings for
equipment, including plan, sections, and elevations
 Support proposal work by developing conceptual plant layouts and generating orthographic views
 Check vendor drawings. Make necessary corrections and coordinate submittals as instructed
 Follow established CAD standards and guidelines for the industrial gases industry
 Reports to Design Department Manager
 Work with other departments and work groups as needed
 Participate in departmental training programs/seminars and on-line training

Qualifications
 Two-year degree in engineering / drafting technology from a recognized technical institute required
 Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or relevant coarse work a plus.
 Proficiency in CADWORKS 3D and AutoCAD or BricsCAD design software is required
 Experience with cryogenic piping and working in the Industrial Gases Industry is a plus
 Understanding of pipe stress and pipe supports

Structural Design Engineer

Responsibilities
 Design steel cold box structures, pipe racks, and all other structural elements of process plants
 Produce plan, section, and elevation drawings of structures with sufficient detail needed for vendor
bid packages and for vendors to produce fabrication drawings
 Perform stress analysis on structures to validate designs
 Develop shipping and lifting requirements for equipment from 5 to 500 metric tons
 Make technical recommendations and review vendor drawings and specifications
 Follow established AISC standards
 Participate in departmental training programs/seminars and on-line training
 Ensure projects comply to schedule and budgetary requirements
 Work efficiently as part of a team with leadership and excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
 Resolve technical project issues, reviewing and making quality recommendations
 The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with solid planning and organizational skills

Qualifications
 Degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized technical institute required

Pressure Vessel Design Engineer – FILLED

Responsibilities

• Design and detail engineering of Pressure Vessels and Storage Tanks, including internals
• Responsibilities involve production of Design Calculation analysis and reports, and assembly
and detail drawings based on Design Calculations
• Coordination with inter‐disciplines, other departments, and external agencies
• Supervising and reviewing works of Designers and Draftsperson
• Familiar with all safety rules & regulations, attend required safety trainings and to participate
in the required safety programs
• Review of Contractors’ mechanical design calculations, Fabrication drawings and RFIs for
Pressure vessels in accordance with Design Code, Client datasheet and Specifications
• Technical review of vendor quotations in compliance with project requirements
• Report directly to the Design Engineering Manager and be able to work with minimal
supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Master’s Degree and/or PE preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in, but not limited to, Pressure Vessel Design Engineering
• Well versed in the application and interpretation of Pressure Vessel Design Codes such as
ASME Sec.VIII and its related ASME/ANSI Codes, and other International Codes.
• Knowledge of welding procedures and testing requirements
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis is preferred
Key Skills required
• Well versed with Pressure Vessel Design software such as, PVElite and/or Compress
• Ability to design and draft Pressure Vessels using AutoCAD or BricsCAD,
• Computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and basic concepts of
3D solids design
• Available for occasional travel to vendor shops or project sites for inspections when required
• Rigging and Lifting analysis for vessels, distillation columns, and tanks

Project Executive (Electrical) 

As a Project Executive you will be responsible for assisting the Client Executive in managing the team by developing and maintaining healthcare client relationships.  A Project Executive must have demonstrated a high level of proficiency of managing large projects within one or more markets.  Has a strong focus on one or more markets and has established a reputation within our client’s internal team and with their clients’ as a SME. A Project Executive is someone that has developed a focus toward a market and achieved a high level of success in developing and maintaining relationships with desired clients.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Establish our client as the premiere healthcare engineering firm in assigned state/region.
  • Development and maintain client relationships via a seller-doer role.
  • Responsible for keeping healthcare project pipeline full, with a mixture of repeat work and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with our client’s design team to ensure product and client experience is of high quality.  Serve as Project Executive and at times Lead Electrical Engineer on large complex healthcare projects.
  • Work with Client Executive on strategies and business development opportunities to drive growth for the healthcare market.
  • Work with marketing to refine our client’s messaging for healthcare. Work with our client’s Visible Expert approach to become a Thought Leader in the region.

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

  • Responsible for bringing in new projects on a regular basis
  • Responsible for (directly or as a contributing team member) for new fees of approximately $1M on an annual basis

  • Support the efforts of the Technical Operations Team to provide technical training and consistency across teams.

Education and experience requirements are:

  • Minimum 5-10 years in healthcare design industry
  • A high level of proficiency of managing large complex healthcare projects in assigned state/region and with OSHPD
  • Proven history of bringing in new work and opportunities for their team
  • Ability to travel as deemed necessary (assume 30-40% travel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in time management, organization and planning prioritization
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment in a self-directed way.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and licensed PE in assigned state.
  • Significant stock ownership representing, at a minimum, a clear, forward focused path to the Associate Principal level
