Our client is seeking a highly skilled Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Analyst to perform design, analysis,modeling, and testing of high-performance controls for electro-mechanical and optical-mechanical systems.
The GNC Analyst will use their experience in controls design (classical and modern) and hands-on hardware/system integration foropto-mechanical systems which require precision pointing control in dynamic environments. This includes, but is not limited to, actuated optical systems, high bandwidth steering mirror control, multidisciplinary system modeling and characterization, image stabilization, and closed loop state estimation.
Essential Functions:
  • Model control systems as part of larger system simulations for electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical hardware.

Director of Program Finance

Our client’s Space & Airborne Systems segment is seeking a Director of Program Finance Manager for the Electronic Warfare (EW) Sector. This position will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing cost control of the budget for large and/or complex programs. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Finance for the Electronic Warfare (EW) Sector.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, direct and review the work of direct report(s) with focus on policy and strategy implementation to ensure thatcontracts, proposals, pricing, billings and forecasting, are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters andgovernment cost control guidelines.
  • Develop financials for annual operating plans and strategic plans.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly/monthly revenue and project profitability variance analysis against monthly spends,budget and forecasts.
  • Implement and maintain Order, Sales, Profit, and Investment weekly tracking sheet to present to VP, providingprogram management and program finance inputs, variance analysis against current year plans.
  • Work with program management and functional disciplines to ensure program plans and execution are compliant with company standard practice of integrating cost and schedule using earned value management guidelines
  • Assess and quantify cost/schedule/technical status and risk, evaluate program trends, and provide project cost completion estimates.
  • Perform analyses, prepare reports and communicate with parties within and outside of the organization whichincludes customers or vendors.
  • Problem solve and conduct investigations to identify root cause and develop improvements to practices orapproaches to mitigate scheduling risks.
  • Conduct briefings with senior leadership regarding matters of importance to budget control for programs and toexplain and influence changes.
  • Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract tomaintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation ofexpenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
  • Forecast major aspects of working capital such as cash flow, inventory, accounts receivables, unbilled and deferred revenue to monitor and analyze companies underlying operational efficiency.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Solutions Architect Delivery Lead – Multi locale onsite (HYBRID remote)

The MES Solutions Architect Delivery Lead is ideally located at one of our client’s locations Pittsburgh, North Carolina; Oregon; Wisconsin and will report to our Director, Enterprise Manufacturing Solutions.
We offer a hybrid work policy (home and office) but this is not a 100% remote role, a Hybrid role.

As a MES Solution Architect Delivery Lead you will provide subject matter experience with MOM / MES and industrial automation projects which includes leading projects and teams through the delivery of these capabilities specific to Production Scheduling, Production Execution, Quality/Deviation Mgmt., Production Report Management, etc.

In order to become successful, you’ll first have to understand ATI, our processes and practices, and partner with our manufacturing business units, stakeholders, and IT leaders in order to effectively deliver on short and long-term business goals and solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) and Agile Methodologies

The Senior Corporate Counsel position reports to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate and has responsibility for a broad range corporate transactional activities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides legal support and leadership for (i) corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, (ii) strategic transactions including joint ventures and private equity investments and other commercial arrangements, and (iii) for financial transactions including credit facilities, debt offerings, derivatives, reimbursement agreements, and other credit support arrangements.

Sr. Program / Scheduler / Planner 

Duties include managing the developing and maintenance of complex program schedules including resource loading and Earned Value Analysis. Individual will help develop the format, tools and tracking/reporting methods to be used as the company refines its Program Planning and Scheduling processes for standardization and enterprise wide resource management. This position also supports the programs in developing plans and integrating inputs from all programs. Qualified candidates will interface with all elements of the program team to develop and support regular maintenance of the program IMS.

Candidates will perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, Critical path, Driving Path, Variance metrics,  milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines per DECM metrics. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.

  • Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS.
